2011 Visitor Statistics*
Over 17,400 people visited The France Show, 2011 – an increase of 22% on 2010. The male/female split remained at roughly 50/50 as in previous years, 60% of visitors came as a couple, with the rest of the audience attending either with friends or family. Age and income also stayed roughly the same although there was an increase in the higher income end, and a decrease in the lowest income bracket. The average age of visitor was 55 yrs old, and the average annual income was £49,700.
75% of those who attended the show to search for properties in France thought it was good or excellent.
81% thought the advice given about the buying process given was good or excellent.
87% thought the Bordeaux Wine Theatre and 77% thought the Tour De France wine theatre was either good or excellent.
61% said the show was good or excellent in helping them to find out more information on holiday destinations in France.
59% spent between two and four hours at the show, and 28% spent over four hours browsing and purchasing at the stands, attending seminars, gathering information and watching live presentations and entertainment.

100% of respondents said they might or definitely will be exhibiting at the next France Show in 2012.
96% would recommend exhibiting at the show to business contacts.
84% considered the quality of the visitors to be better than expected (mostly due to the show now being a paid-for entry rather than a free entry event).
86% found that the show offered either good or excellent opportunities to promote their company or sell products/services/properties.
93% thought that the quality of communication (e.g. including booking and organising stands) with Archant France was either good or excellent.
81% rate the campaign logo and marketing campaign for the show as either good or excellent.
