Visit the Flavours of France Theatre and watch top chef Fréderic Duval from The White Onion prepare some typical French dishes and Susy Atkins, drinks writer and resident wine columnist for the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine, reveals the secrets of pairing French food and wine. We are delighted to welcome Award winning chef Herve Bourdon to the show this year, he will be cooking with oysters and other speciality ingredients from the Brittany coast and Sidney from Le Calabash cookery school will also be on stage showcasing local recipes from the Loire. ?Don’t miss writer and actress Carol Drinkwater share her love of France and comedian Ian Moore returns with a more sideways look at la vie française. Lilly Zazou will be performing each day on stage, not forgetting the wonderful can can dancers!,
